Excel-Add-in-Template Method

Using Templates:

Step 1: Access Templates

  1. Go to  https://accounting.bi/template-dashboards/.
  2. Open the template that contains the desired data for Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet.

Step 2: Configure the Bearer Token

  1. Click on the Bearer Token Popup within the template.
  2. Copy the Bearer Token from the Connectors tab on the Accounting.Bi Dashboard.
  3. Paste the Bearer Token into the popup and save it.

Step 3: Select and View Report

  1. Choose the appropriate report based on the data in the sheet (e.g., select the Profit and Loss Report if that is the data present).
  2. Click on "View report".

Step 4: Refresh Data in Pivot Table

  1. Navigate to the Pivot Table sheet within the template.
  2. Click inside the pivot table, right-click, and select "Refresh".
  3. The pivot table will update with your organization’s data.
