Connecting Accounting Bi to Xero

  1. Sign In to Accounting Bi

    • Go to https://accounting.bi/ and click on Sign up then click on "Sign in using Accounting Bi credentials".(Use your existing credentials).

        

  2. Navigate to the Organizations Tab

    • Once signed in, click on the "Organizations" tab located on the Accounting Bi dashboard.

        

  3. Add Your Xero Account

    • In the "Organizations" tab, click on the Xero icon or the "+" symbol to start adding your Xero account.

        

  4. Enter Xero Credentials

    • A new window will open prompting you to enter your Xero username and password.

    • Enter your Xero credentials in the respective fields.

  5. Authorize with 2-Step Authentication

    • Xero will ask for a 6-digit authentication code.

    • Check your authentication app or device for the code and enter it in the provided field.

  6. Connect Your Organizations

    • After entering the 6-digit code, you will be prompted to select the organizations you want to connect to Accounting Bi.
    • Select all the organizations you wish to integrate.

  7. Allow Access

    • Click on the "Allow Access" button if organization is not connected and Click on "Continue with n Organisations"(where n represents number of Organisations connected) if Organisation is already connected and then finalize the connection.

    • You will now see all the selected organizations listed under the "Organizations" tab in Accounting Bi.
